When the early 80's Crust scene took off merging the heaviness of Black Sabbath with Peace-punk we got Amebix and Antisect out of the mix. As the styles progressed and became more extreme with Black and Death Metal in the 90s this kind of stylized merging continued. What we have in Iron Warning's initial demo is a furthering of this putrid alliance. An exceptional piece of Northwest despair with no shortness in destruction, aggression and most importantly, riffs. Chaos reigns.

Somehow within these four tracks, Iron Warning manage a spectrum of style and emotion that can be compared to the seething disgust of Bone Awl, the thuggish war-march of Bolt Thrower and the melancholic, epic, isolation of Immortal.

This is a solo project by Ian of Extensive Slaughter and Blood Ties.
